Phil earned his Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry and jumped into the biopharmaceutical industry straight away; starting in GMP manufacturing and then working in related roles such as pharmaceutical sales and clinical research.  He has worked exclusively in  Clinical Supply Chain since 2003, managing packaging, labeling and distribution activities for Phase I through Phase III clinical trials for small to mid-sized biopharmaceutical companies.  Comfortable in both hands-on tactical and strategic clinical supply chain roles, from protocol-specific study supply design to bulk drug product demand forecasting.  Strongly collaborative and known as a proven change executor who enhances processes and systems to increase efficiency in all facets of clinical supply chain.
